Supervisors are the link between company’s goals and the people who must accomplish those goals. They are the most important communication channel to translate business objectives to actual work deliverables. Often supervisors act as the face of the organization to the front line employees. Their everyday decisions and interactions with employees play a significant role in the culture building. But they are often found under-equipped for the role due to lack of the right orientation. Our supervisory development program is typically a three day program that brings in real-time work situations into class-room through cases. Learners predominantly learn through role plays followed by feedback from peers and facilitator. In most cases we have a senior manager from the respective business unit co-facilitating the program to strengthen the context. In addition, we also employ experiential learning and cognitive learning methods.
