Having done team building programs for multiple teams, we are convinced that an empowered team environment enhances the team’s ability to deliver results at least two times more. In the context of team building, we address the aspects of cohesion, collaboration, task clarity, autonomy, support and accountability by bringing both covert and overt processes to the team’s awareness. We employ various forms of experiences – indoors and outdoors, as learning tools. Self-reflective inventories/instruments often form part of our learning delivery. Typically a team building program is delivered to the real-time team with all its members, including the lead/manager engaged in the program. Our facilitators are well trained and certified activity based training experts.
